Welcome to CashTrack. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CashTrack mobile application (“App”), operated by CashTrack (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

About CashTrack

CashTrack is a personal finance application that allows users to manually record, track, and manage daily money transactions for personal use.

CashTrack does not provide financial, investment, accounting, or legal advice.

Eligibility

  • The App is intended for a general audience
  • You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • If acting on behalf of another person or entity, you are authorized to do so

Account Registration and Access

You may create an account using:

  • Google Authentication
  • Apple Authentication
  • Email authentication

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

You are solely responsible for data entered into the App.

CashTrack

  • All financial data is manually provided by the user
  • Data is stored locally on the user’s device
  • No verification or accuracy guarantee is provided

Decisions based on App data are made at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and software associated with CashTrack are the intellectual property of CashTrack.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

CashTrack

The App uses third-party services such as Firebase for authentication and stability. Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.

Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashTrack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App usage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashTrack from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
